Excellent service, easy and straightforward buying process
I wanted to p/ex a somewhat unusual and quite rare bike for a new Guzzi V100s and received a very positive, welcoming service - something I didn't' receive at a couple of other dealers I approached where it all fell into the "too much hassle" category. Overall I have been so impressed with the ease of the transaction, everything went as planned in an efficient, friendly manner and I would have no hesitation in recommending Wheels to anybody looking to purchase. A big shout out to Joe at the Peterborough branch who was my point of contact for his patience and willingness to help, at no time was I pressurised for decisions and any queries I had were dealt with quickly and professionally, really well done.
