so a week ago i placed my order
so a week ago i placed my order. i was made aware that because of covid my package wouldn’t be made up until thursday then i payed for the suggested overnight delivery to arrive friday. i spent half of friday tracking my parcel to be told by the depot it hadn’t arrived. i had to call sanza. i did so and was told they’d need to email the company. this was all resolved i thought when they located to parcel. i explained it was a gift for someone and i wasn’t prepared to wait until monday. they said they would do what they could to upgrade it. i heard NOTHINGback so rang the depot this morning to hear no effort had been made and i’d have to wait until monday. crap customer care. courier costs at least should be refunded!!
