Pod overheating, lackluster support
Got the Pod 4 about 8 months ago, was happy with my purchase until the pod started overheating which causes the entire room to feel like an oven, even with the windows open. Contacted Eight Sleep support and after requesting a lot of pictures and videos, their solution was to open a window and use a fan, which I’ve been doing ever since the pod has been overheating. At this point I’ll be looking for a suitable alternative as the customer support has been anything but helpful.
