Poor service
My order didn't arrive for 12 days, no one responded to my email, or DM, and the shipping was improperly calculated so its stuck in a DHL centre with 8 euros to pay. The most annoying part is the lack of communication. Ive used your service before and had a great experience so not sure what the issue is here.
