They care to make sure you order what you intend
The first order I made took a little longer to process because they wanted to make sure I knew what I was ordering and that it wasn't a mistake, 6x6 post caps aren't very popular and I had 30 of them. They called me and verified I knew what I was ordering. Once that was confirmed they shipped promptly. Being in Southeast Michigan the shipping didn't take too long, next day actually. The second order, in the comment section, I was able to write a description, explaining I knew what I was ordering and that made the process even faster. They didn't need to call me to verify as I already knew they would. I will say the website could be updated. Trying to search for what I wanted didn't prove easy. A Google search of the web is how I found it as their site, the search bar, doesn't really recognize too many words. The results it returns are either everything or nothing. A more streamlined and intuitive site would make the shopping experience better, for sure. If I could post photos of the caps I got, I would. I think their prices are fair and supporting independent business is always the worth it.
