Good products but the way the management handles the customer service agents, its quite bad. Low pay, some teams are forced to take holidays when they actually dont want. On busy teams they asked you to stay longer without extra pay. Some cases you get the time back. Only when you keep asking. End of month benefits and draws all cut. YL does not learn from other customer service companies. They sometimes force you to do 2x30 min lunch break if you dont say anything.
