NB DESPITE THE REASONABLE SOUNDING REPLY FROM NCP I’VE RECEIVED NO INFORMATION REQUEST OR RESPONSE TO THE EMAIL THEY REQUESTED. PLEASE BEWARE. THE COMPANY TRIES TO LOOK LIKE IT CARES ON THIS PUBLIC REVIEW SITE BUT IT IS ALL FOR SHOW Disgusting company out to rip people off-beware. Late for a medical appointment in London and stressed by the lack of parking at the station that we had already paid for we drove out of the car park to work out what to do, hoping we could drive back in and find a space. Apparently for a few seconds we crossed a bus lane on NCP-owned private land, not obvious at all. The place was deserted, no other moving vehicles, buses or otherwise, no clear alternative to the entrance and exit of the car park. This is a quiet small-town area. Our moments of anxiety resulted in a penalty notice, equivalent to that given to people knowingly committing a parking or traffic offence. I appealed but from the long-awaited response clearly no consideration had been given to my appeal. I see I am not the only victim of this underhand money-making venture by NCP at this station regarding the private 'bus lane'. I can only assume NCP makes a lot of extra money preying on vulnerable people like ourselves. I'm absolutely disgusted.
