I would like to comment on Reply to my complaint, the seats I paid for were long lower side and at the front what we got is high up in the corner and the other 2 seats were in the next block NOT a few rows away.. its appalling the money you charged for good seats only to be sent tickets of a significant lower value with randomers names on! What if we had been asked for ID? The seats were NOT good seats my Grandson couldn't see the game we were sat so far back.. I understand why you can't be truthful with your comments the least you could do is offer some sort of apology you have made quite a profit on my sale alone, I hope you are proud that you caused upset and tears for my family, you ought to be ashamed!
