Horrible company to work with
Horrible company to work with. I had purchased full insurance and called the same week to cancel my booking. Weeks pass and I call them again, they said they will have someone call me back to process the refund. Never got a call back. Called back the third time same answer. They customer service is from another country and they won’t ever transfer me to their manager. I never got my money back. Not even what my insurance was covered by that I purchased with the hotel.
