Broken after 2 months of use - however fixed it quickly
Broken after 2 months of use! Ordered end of October, recieved at the end of November. All was great until last Friday (less than 2 months of use) the controller broke! The instant right click trigger which I payed extra for, Dosent click, it travels further done than the left and it doesn’t register to my ps5. Not fit for purpose currently. I’ve tried messaged, emailing, Facebook, Instagram and email….nothing. Defy gaming, when you read this, send me an email with a number to call so we can discuss how we can repair this. Edit: they repaired it free of charge because it was still under warranty. I sent it back on the tuesday, they’re received and fixed on the Wednesday and had it shipped back on the Thursday. The downfall to the company is communication, if they had faster replies I wouldn’t fault them
