Bought two boxes and received neither. One was on the 8th of October, and then the 22nd because they messed up. Now after almost 20 days they sent out the first one, a day later the remaining one. Both have shipping labels created but not received by the shipping company! Emailed them multiple times only to be told “sorry please wait” “Sorry shipping isn’t on us” “sorry” Basically they got me for 100$ and I know not to ever give this company money again. Photo does show how they kept saying it would be here and now it says “ready to ship” Edit: They said for some reason it wasn’t scanned but they have no control of if a box goes missing. I can get another box or store credit but no refund.
