Professional and convenient service. I began the path for a diagnosis in GAM Medical a few weeks ago. The whole process was lengthy (as it is normal to be) but thorough. One has to answer and fill many questionnaires first by themselves and then with the therapists, to complete the diagnosis. During the sessions, plenty of space was dedicated to ask questions to better understand the process and the diagnose. Even between the sessions and after the last one, I was always given availability via email from the therapists, which is REALLY important, since one could always forget to ask things during the calls. Overall, the whole experience was VERY good. I have only one wish, which goes towards adapting the whole "GAM Medical" concept to offer "open diagnoses", instead of targeted ones, to better support neurodivergent people, since ADHD, Autism and other conditions may be co-occurring or misdiagnosed.
