Shockingly rude staff

I (female,18) was staying at the Meininger Hotel in Bruxelles city center. This was one of my worst experiences in any hotel ever. I have never met so rude and disrespectful staff. They never talked nicely but always with a rude and demeening tone. Even the simplest questions for the staff where always met with an atittude. I did not think I would ever expirerence fully adult people talk back with so little respect and care. Please reconsider staying here, i genuenly felt so unwelcome at my stay.
