A huge mess up
Usually very efficient and professional. Reliable and I couldn't manage my anticoagulant condition without them. I live in Egypt and my strips are unavailable there. This time however I made 2 orders, paid and received them. On my credit card statement I found a debit of £116. I received a phone call saying that I had not paid. I had ordered nothing. After a further call the agent said that I would receive a refund. Very stressful for a disabled pensioner. I still need proof that the refund was made. So disappointed. No update or urgent review received by email as promised as yet. 20th September 2023 Thank you William's. Email received with receipts for refund.
