I recently attended a training course led by Paul Norman and Tom, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Both trainers delivered the content clearly, professionally, and with genuine enthusiasm. They created a supportive learning environment, encouraged participation, and made even the more complex topics easy to understand. Their real-world experience added great value, and they were always approachable and willing to answer questions. I came away from the course feeling confident, informed, and well-prepared.
