The country side of Italy…
Before I share my experience I’d like everyone to know that I had never used a travel agency for personal travel. I thought it would be too costly and a waste of time (because I love to do research). But, with that said, I was wrong. My wife and I wanted to go to Italy so I Googled locations and things we’d like to see and do. During my Google searches, Audley popped up. I clicked on their sight and they described the exact vacation we were looking for, so I made an online appointment. We spoke to Matt Greenbaum. Matt asked us questions about what we liked, didn’t like, cost, excursions and other necessary items. After the discussion we set up another meeting the following week. In my professional career, I was involved with adapting behavioral science to improve business skills. One of the skills that successful business leaders have are listening skills. I mention this because Matt did a tremendous job listening, and then putting together a memory for my wife and me. Our Italy experience is the kind of memory that will make us smile for many years.
