Poor customer service
Ordered a door knocker from Anglian. It came but without screws or instructions on fitting. I rang customer service to check if this was normal; the lady who answered said she didn’t think so but she would contact the relevant department and someone would either get back to me or just send out the screws. I heard nothing. A week later I rang again, spoke to a different lady, who told me the same thing and said she would make a note that this was my second call. Still nothing. I appreciate that this is a little matter, but having previously used Anglian to fit new windows in my house, I had hoped to get some decent customer service. I am now looking to replace my sliding patio doors with French windows, but I certainly won’t be approaching Anglian for a quote. Very poor.
