Won't answer the phone
We waited 30 minutes to get picked up from the airport, and I suspect that if we hadn't called them, they would have never picked us up. Now, we are in a car with a broken fuel tank tap that won't open (not the type of thing you check when you get the car), so we are unable to refill the tank and will run out of fuel at some point. We have tried contacting them since last night, they do not pick up the phone, no matter what option you pick from the menu.
