Extremely bad non accessible marketing/customer service team - Don't study there!
As a prospective online Master's student I called Arden uni together with several other UK unis after I had checked their online info to get answers I had carefully written down. After I dialled their 008 customer service number and had selected that I am a prospective student I waited for 42 minutes in a queue before their telephone system hung up the 'call'. If their marketing department is substandard to such an extreme degree (no pun intended LoL) I rather don't want to know how 'good' their customer service line is after I paid my study fees and enrolled... Plus there is and Office for Students (officeforstudents.org.uk) "Condition B3 assessment report for Arden University" dated 23 July 2024 in which the University' organisational admin structure has been deemed as in need of improvement which excessive waiting times for enrolled students to get basic requests dealt with. I'd rather pay a slightly higher study fee and join a reputable UK uni with a highly knowledgeable and accessible student service rather than ending up in and internal admin Waterloo with a profit orientated private uni company that is saving on the wrong end.
