Not anymore and same for their parent company GoDaddy... disgusting customer service.
This company used to be brilliant. It has steadily got worse and worse. If your thinking about it I would think twice. For a whole week, nobody has answered a ticket, their chat support has been offline, they have no telephone number and they don't even respond on Facebook (well they do with an automation message because they seriously don't care). My clients website and email is not functioning effecting his trade, thus my trade and ability to operate. Never seen such disregard for their customers and it keeps on getting worse. I need it fixed as quickly as possible, not to be ignored. Time to move and leave, suggest everyone else does too.
