My wife bought me a 49ers watch for Christmas and when I opened it the watch does not work. Invicta refuses to exchange it or refund us because she bought it more than 30 days ago to make sure it would arrive for Christmas. This company is horrible and now my wife feels terrible and I can't use the watch.
