A LifeSaver
I was so frustrated trying to get an appointment to speak with a provider who could fully help me, but got no where. After a little research, I found and called My Doctor's Note, aka HealthSource Medical Associates and actually spoke with a person who answered my questions. After that I felt comfortable making an appointment. I met with Dr. Sartin, he was amazing. He empathically listened to all my concerns and gave me great recommendations. I felt understood and finally got the help I needed. He submitted all my docs very quickly and I was approved for my leave. I highly recommend, Dr. Sartin and his team!
