Customer from 2021; realt can let you start invest from a small amount, you may receive rent (you also has a chance that cannot) , the properties value may also increase. Too good to be true ? You may still have a risk that the company / LCC go bankrupt ; cannot receive rent or you may not sell out the token at a price you want. Personally advice to start from a small amount if you would like to have a try.
