Still waiting for a refund. All contact stopped
We ordered a unit from this company and got a confirmation with a 1 week estimated delivery timeframe. We then received a call on the day delivery was due, we expected this to be arrange a suitable time, only to be told the item was out of stock! We request a refund, however we were offered store credit with an added £25, which we declined, requesting again the refund be returned with immediate effect. It’s been over 2 weeks and still no refund. Several messages back to the company, initially with responses from them confirming they had not even processed the refund yet, and now not even replying. Over £500 paid for a unit they never had in stock, and have as yet not attempted to refund to me. I will get my money returned via my credit card company, however this is such an unprofessional way to conduct business. Avoid at all costs.
