Absolutely shocking.
Absolutely shocking. This company has no idea about customer service. Was booked in for an installation of a loft ladder and hatch by Elliot who after doing the survey disappeared off the face of the earth. No returning phone calls or texts really bad. Ended up giving up with Elliot and dealing with Gavin who booked me in. Long story short they didn’t turn up on the arranged date, a whole day of annual leave wasted waiting in for nothing. I THEN had to contact their office and eventually received a call for Gavin where he tried to tell me that they would come and fit it on another day more convenient for me, big deal that is the minimum that should be done. When I asked him what compensation I would be receiving for my inconvenience and wasted day of annual leave I was told “nothing”. Got a call from a director who told me I hadn’t spent enough money with them (£600) so there was no money to compensate me despite the fact Gavin said he could compensate me but is choosing not to, but his director said he didn’t have that level of authority. Pretty shocking customer service, and the lesson here is that unless you are spending a couple of thousand plus with them they don’t give a monkeys about you. If I hadn’t contacted them I’d still be sat here waiting for them to turn up. Avoid like the plague.
