It doesn't work
This product doesn’t work and customer service only ignore the emails. After using the product following the instructions to the letter, the product didn’t work. The indications said that you should see results after 7 days so I thought let’s give it time but after 1 month and 2 anti-grey bottles, I give up. I contacted customer service but they didn’t even bother answering my emails. I have to say that I use the shampoo too and this is a good product but the point is that the anti-grey lotion didn’t work. Since the product is very expensive, I expected a better customer service but I was wrong. All in all, a big disappointment and I won’t buy GR7 products anymore. If this help to anyone who wants to buy the product, my hair is dark (used to be), long and a bit greasy.
