One of your refund checks bounced. It’s been three days. I can’t get anyone to call me after several requests. This matter should not be handled via chat or email. I have left several voicemails,still no return call. You keep saying its my bank . I sent you the account information where it CLEARLY STATE CHECK RETURN. IT BOUNCED..I NEED ALL OF MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!
