Very slow Service
Delivery took a long while, returns too. Good for me I sent the returns with a tracking option, so I knew the package had returned over a week ago. The office took a while to answer every time. Another thing I realized when organising the return: certain Items don't qualify for returns. That info had to be retrieved from the depths of the FAQs - I learned that by coincidence. So I was just lucky it did not concern my order. Also not so trustworthy. Since there is no office in Germany I had to order in and return to France. This is quite expensive and an experience that I do not want to repeat - but not really a mistake of Born Primitive. So all in all I got a real nice 40€-Top for 60€ and quite a bit of nerves. I will learn from that.
