Gives error codes when none exist
Ran a diagnostic on my vehicle. The device came back with an error code saying I had a critical problem with my brake system. Checked everything I possibly could and couldn't find anything wrong. Contacted the company and after many long go arounds figured out that the device shouldn't be returning an error code unless the check engine light is on; which mine is not so I shouldn't be getting any error code. They didn't have an answer for that. I said I wanted to do a return and they said that they can't do that. I showed them that on their own website site there is a 30 day money back guarantee, which I was well within. Once I did that they stopped communicating with me and won't respond to any e-mails anymore. Do yourself a favor, save some aggravation and don't purchase this device; buy a different product from a different manufacturer.
