Awful experience
Awful experience My password recovery was set up by a member of the heart team who has put his town of birth as the recovery password option. I’m unable to log into my account to pay for the domain re activation and my work email have now been blocked as result and I have no way of contacting the support department Edited The below response just proves how awful this process is. I cannot re set the password as I do not have the answer to the security question which was set by a member of heart internets team.
