This app has totally transformed my life! I was a very heavy drinker. Often 2 bottles of wine a day. I used to wake up craving a drink, all I thought about all day at work was that bottle I would pick up on my way home. I’m only 8 days in and I have not wanted alcohol at all. The smell of it repulses me. The cravings are completely gone! Thank you for saving my life xx
