Don’t wait
I needed help. My pain was destroying my life. I have been working on managing it without drugs or surgery and wasn’t getting anywhere. I had been in an accident and have some diagnosed issues but could never get to the bottom of what I needed to do to help myself. Physical therapy, massage, counseling, diet changes, acupuncture etc. Then my daughter died and that raised my stress, anxiety and fear. I found Lin Health through a pod cast my counselor shared and contacted them. Lots of new ideas that challenged my views based on what I had been told my Surgeon, physical therapist and Psyiatrist. And I am so relieved to report that the program is helping. I can walk for more than 5 minutes without pain, I can lay down to sleep, I went for 10 months of sleeping in a recliner because the pain was so intense when I laid down. I highly recommend this program and I haven’t even finished. If you are suffering and don’t want to hurt yourself with opiates and want to avoid surgery please do yourself a favor and give it a try. The staff has been very accommodating and challenging at the same time. Exactly what I needed to get headed in the right direction and get my life back. So happy I can walk my dog again, and go to a show, and clean my own house.
