Disgraceful
I cannot comment on the flight but I can comment on the customer service I received from groundsman, special assistance team and also customer relations department! Groundsman was obnoxious and rude to myself and my husband! Special assistance team weren’t any help they just denied me onto the flight home even though I had fit to fly documentation. Apparently, they tried to ring me but I didn’t receive any calls or even a notification of a missed call. Also an email was sent which I didn’t receive as I was already checked in to the airport. Yet they didn’t deny me until last minute at the boarding gate. So I wasn’t able to rectify the problem. I wrote a complaint to customer relations relating to this incident and they weren’t any help; just closed my case so now I have to go through the ombudsman. I will never use Thomas cook airlines again!...no wonder they’re in financial trouble!
