I tried to cancel my subscription
I tried to cancel my subscription a few months ago. Couldn't get through to them by phone, and on the website there is no quick way to unsubscribe. Only by filling out a form you can 'request' to unsubscribe which seems barely legal. After filling out this form I didn't get unsubscribed and a few months later after being charged of course every month I tried again and this time I get a reaction that I will be unsubscribed but they will charge me another month!!! Instead of refunding the past months they charge one extra. Terrible experience and unacceptable for the niche this company is in. They review everyone but themselves I guess.
