Booked my flights 3 days ago. The process was very straight forward. When my E Tickets arrived, there was a small error on them. I gave them a ring and spoke to Henry who was brilliant and put my mind at rest and my corrected E Tickets arrived 10 mins later. A big Thank you to Henry and the team. I would use them again because after all, we all want an excellent customer service. Thank you Henry.
