Feeling ripped off:
Feeling ripped off: I have purchased things in the past from Lids without any issues. This time around however, of the items I ordered only 1 actually fit. I followed the size charting just like every other time however it clearly was not accurate. The frustrating part is I had to pay almost $15 to have it shipped to me and then I have to pay an additional $14 to return it. I tried multiple dates and times to live chat with customer service to no avail as I wanted to inquire about an exchange. Just ended up sending the items back, seeking a refund. Based on their current return policy, I doubt I'll order from Lids again.
