Great experience, perfect dress.
Right from the get go, the customer service team was present and quick to respond to any of my questions regarding shipping. Before I placed an order, I wanted to be sure the dress would come in time for a wedding I had. The live chat with a customer service rep on their website responded quickly ensuring I was likely to get the dress within the timeframe, and let me know they had already received my order and began working on it to get it to me as quickly as possible. The recommended shipping and delivery was between 7-10 business days and I got it in 8 business days. The one little hiccup was that on the shipping updates, it said my package was delivered successfully, but the location it claimed to be delivered to was not what I had put in when ordering the dress (I’m located in Canada). Though, when I checked my mailbox that day, it was safely in the right spot! The dress fit like a glove and looked amazing. I got a lot of compliments and a lot of people asked me where I got my dress. I am 5’6 and wore some pretty high heels and it was the perfect length. I ordered a small, and I usually and 25/26 inches around my waist. I have fairly broad shoulders and back so the open back was great and adjustable but my chest area is pretty small so I did have to get a sticky cup to fill in the chest area and double sided fashion tape to hold it in place. However, looking back at pictures now, I realize I should’ve tied the back differently so the straps pulled tighter and wouldn’t need as much finicky fashion tape. Anyways, great experience with this site, I did look at lots of reviews before ordering to know it was legit and that the specific dress I got actually looked the way it was meant to. I also emailed the customer service team regarding the little delivery update error and they were so speedy to respond and assure me of my order being in the right place in the right time.
