Midwest sells you cheap junk that doesn’t last but a few weeks
Right off the bat my heating unit was damaged and the heater element didn’t get but barely warm. At first their customer service sent out a replacement element but didn’t replace the fire hazard crack porcelain fixture. The replacement heating element died 15 days later and the fan they included also died. I reached out again to customer service and received no reply back. A week later I reached out again no upset on being ignored, still no reply back. I ordered a new fan, heating element & porcelain fixture to repair their pos ecosphere 3.0. Customer Service: 3/10 Product Quality: 2/10 Value for your money 1/10 I’ll never buy from Midwest Grow Kits ever again. Amazon has better quality parts to remake their System where it’s actually functional.
