Horrible customer service with billing
The dentist are nice and do good work but anytime there is an issue with billing I get the run around. Their statements are unclear and charges are being shuffled between accounts. I also find it ridiculous that they charge a PPE charge per person in the room on every patient visit. They claim it is for safety because of covid but it is the same sterilization process and masking that they have always done.
