Mr.Shafeek was extremely friendly and welcomed me with warmth. As a person moving away from my family for the first time, he not only provided an excellent service, but also assured me that everything is going to be alright. He was promt about the time and regularly contacted me till I landed in Hethrow airport. He even helped me settle down in my home and left only afyer making sure I was comfortable. I had an excellent experience.
