Order play grade wood chippings on the 30th April. Spent over £100. They just never arrived. No reply to email. No reply to the contact form. Can't get through to them on the phone. NEVER use these people. I've been on hold for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 25 minutes.. I just don't have the time and am unsure if they will even answer. Awful. Bark UK online I have used before and they were good. Shame I didn't use them again.
