Same experience. The disintegrating sole after 9 months and the customer service manager deeming it as acceptable wear. I have been wearing great brands for a long time. The shoes are cheap. Forget their stupid craftsmanship video; the soles are precious Their prices also drop and increase all the time so only suckers pay full price. They really don’t respect their customers. I had another issue with them but at this stage I don’t even care. Buyer beware
