Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. 1-4 days is what they told me originally for a package to be sent from amsterdam to budapest. It has been nearly 3 weeks, I have since moved on and given up on receiving my package- losing the money I've paid for the delivery, and having to replace the item myself. They show no sympathy or support, any questions are met with dismissiveness and can only tell you what you can already see on the tracking. Apparently my package has been in the Netherlands for over 2 weeks and is still in transit? Pathetic. Do not use these scammers.
