Bad order experience made better by good customer service
I placed an order for several parts based on the availability of a body for my SC10B. I ordered other parts to take advantage of the freight policy. The following Monday a customer service agent emailed me that their stock numbers were not correct but that the remainder of my order would be shipping. I sent him back a reply to cancel the order and that I would reorder once the bodies were in. Any other time this would have been a problem, but to my surprise he credited back my account and said he would notify me at a later date. It's hard enough to deal on the computer but it's nice to know that companies are still out there that have customer service and people that are pleasant to work with. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you so I can place my order and see how the rest of the transaction goes through.
