This company is fraudulent
This company is fraudulent, whatever you do don`t use them. I tried to pick up my car which I had rented on the internet. The man at the desk then had a look at my driving licene and told me it did not show my photo. He could only give me a car if I was willing to pay an additional EUR 65,00 a day (on top of what I had paid through the internet). The driving licence was perfectly fine, I rented a car from Hertz with the very same licence 15 minutes later, without any problems. I refused to pay the additional amount and they would not give me the car. They would not reimburse me either. They would have also claimed additonal cleaning charges, a price list showing exorbitant charges was at the office. This is a company which is trying to commit fraud on a regular basis. Don't fall for them. I will report them to the police for fraud.
