Still haven't received my package

I had pre-ordered Troye Sivan's 'WILD' bundle and I understood that it would take 2-5 weeks for it to ship since it's international shipping. It's been over a month since the album had been released and I check every day to see it has shipped and it still says processesing. I went to their customer service to ask them a question on when it would ship and there's no where on the website that will let me check the response to my question if they even responded. I'm sick and tired of waiting and would really appreciate a full refund for the money I wasted on this pathetic store.
