While ‘Mobile Experts’ service was friendly and fast. I am very disappointed and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Was told after the repair of my Apple Watch screen that I shouldn’t take it swimming. I used mine all the time in the pool and if I was told this up front I would not have spent $289 getting it repaired. Also less the 24 hours later I noticed the screen had cracked on three sides - I only wore it for 4 hours and am positive I didn’t bump it. I was told that it wasn’t covered under warranty despite it clearly a substandard product. I was told if I’d give them more devices to repair I would get a discount (presumably as recompense) - as if I would give them more business given the result I got from my apple watch. Clearly not professional and I would say not ‘Experts’. While genuine apple repairs seem expensive, they are not as expensive or frustrating as getting something fixed twice.
