AVOID AVOID AVOID! Utterly disgraceful service as experienced by others on Yell and RatedAgents. I wish I had read their experiences first! After making an offer on a flat the landlord was "hard to reach" - nearly 2 days later from the offer, the agent consistently failing to answer calls and always "being away from his desk" another employee lets on they had been showing the property to various others taking offers. At no point were we told what was going on. We had booked another viewing and were later told that "was not in the system". Even prior to this in setting up the viewing they: - Failed to respond to email enquiries. - Failed to call back when promised on multiple occasions. - Half the time no one even picked up the phone at the main office. Amateur hour.
