Overall experience wasn't great
Overall experience wasn't great. Having ordered just before the Bank Holiday I had to wait a little longer than expected (understandable!) - it then turned out that my parcel was basically lost in the Evri (hermes) system which meant I had to opt to get it delivered to a parcel store roughly a week and a bit after ordering. It should be noted that this isn't the businesses fault but a couple of comms did go unanswered and I had to sort the rerouting of the parcel myself. Having checked out reviews on here I guess I have two pieces of constructive criticism: 1. Don't use evri as a delivery service- the fact they have literally zero customer service function is dreadful. 2. Don't see every negative review as a criticism.
