The attitude of a pickup driver was extremely rude. He opened the rear door of the shuttle van and just kept on watching me loading 4 large luggages. The driver didn't even say hi, neither. I have never met such a rude staff from my 40 years of international traveling experience. We will never use Yes car rental & never recommend it to anyone in the future unless they prove they have improved the customer service. What a terrible experience.....
